Our Fee arrangement is either on retainer or fixed fee basis, and is negotiated depending upon the scope of the assignement and format for its presentation.  The format may be Full Narrative Report, Letter Type Report, or Verbal Consultation.

We have extensive computer knowledge and have successfully completed the advance Pro-Ject+ and Dyna Lease leasehold analysis training courses. We also utilize the the latest Microsoft Suite of products and Argus software programs.
