We have 3 MAI'S. on our staff, a ratio of 1.5 designated appraisers to 1 staff appraiser. This ensures the quality of our products remains high, as all staff appraisers are closely monitored and all reports are reviewed by, discussed with, and signed by an MAI prior to delivery to our clients.
